TecMCH Marketplace may facilitate communication, transactions, listings, payments, delivery arrangements and other marketplace services between buyers and vendors. However, unless expressly stated otherwise, the applicable vendor remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, availability and fulfilment of its listings, products, services and orders. TecMCH's role and responsibilities in relation to any transaction are subject to the applicable Marketplace Terms and Policies and applicable law. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
